The breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. The person responsible for the area, Misty, made fresh cinnamon rolls and brought them to each guest in the dining room. Her personality matches her skill at baking.
Hotel was quiet, clean. Shamrock is a small Texas town, not much happening around the hotel.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, the cleanliness and breakfast weren't as expected. The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean. There were hairs in the shower and on the floor, cobwebs, dead bugs, hair, etc. underneath the bathroom counter/sink. The bathroom door was sagging and dragged on the floor and was difficult to open and close.
The breakfast overall wasn't very warm, the sausage was cold, dry and overcooked. The coffee was terrible.

Best hotel experience. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, REAL PILLOWS! Not those stupid half pillows. We each had two, one softer and one firm, who does that? The breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls.if we ever have to stay in that town it will be here. Also future booking with this chain hoping for the same great experience.

Breakfast was not set up at 6:30 am as we were told. Coffee was not fresh in the morning.
