The rugs in the lobby, on the elevator and in the hallways going to the rooms were messy... in need of vacuuming or replacement.
There was no 24 hour complimentary coffee, tea or hot/cold beverage in the lobby.
The check in staff was not familiar with the towel availability in the pool area.
There was only 1 person handling check out and the line was not long but check out took more than 5 minutes because of the person checking out in front of me requiring additional assistance. There should be at least 2 staff at the front desk during check out.
There was no complimentary breakfast . Surrounding hotels I have stayed at like the Fairfield, Tru and Baymont offer free breakfast. I doubt that I will stay at this Holiday Inn again given the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice and the pool area very inviting. Was very nice except we could hear the elevator every time it went up and down. Staff were great. Place was clean even though it was under remodeling. Liked having a bar and restaurant to eat at inside.

Room is fine. We are Diamond Elite members and were denied breakfast for 2, not offered any check in amenities whatsoever. Have never had this happen in the many bookings we have had.

The hôtel needs rénovations particularité the bathrooms. Will not stay there again. This also applies to the 3 other HI I states at during my trip down to Florida

Check was great. Room smelled musty, very dated. The mini fridge was not cold. The toliet handle would stick and continued to run. We won’t be coming back.
