We called prior to ask if the indoor pool was heated, cause we have picky kids lol it was and that’s why we chose this hotel. Rooms were spotless, carpet was actually clean and not all sticky feeling. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good choices!

It's a fine hotel. The one thing that was a glaring problem is that there are no USB charging ports anywhere in the room.

I was here with my two kids on a family trip. We found a contact lens on the bathroom floor and multiple ants in the bathroom. I also had a spider crawl on me in bed. The fire alarm also went off at 6 a.m. This was not the property’s fault but it did not improve the experience.

We never want people to get checked into a room that is not meeting the standard of clean that is laid out by IHG. I have sent this over to my leads in housekeeping to make sure we are starting a retraining process. And I can totally understand how the fire alarm going off can ruin any stay. I'm truly sorry that you had this type of stay with us!

Had to kill a couple of spiders in the room. There were a few ants on our sheets and on the nightstand. The plumbing needed to be updated/fixed. Toilet handle messed up. Tub spout and shower valve were loose from the wall. Shower escutcheon (trim) was pulled the wall. There was food left on the carpet by the trash can.

We had a fantastic time! Everything from the room to the pool, dining area. Every one of the staff were fantastic. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Nice that there are so many restaurants, and Walmart is a couple blocks away in case you need anything.

我们入住的房间浴室很脏，我们在酒店住了四天，最后两天我们早上 10 点离开房间，晚上回来时他们没有整理床铺或更换毛巾，根本没有客房服务，我们不知道发生了什么，我们决定在汉普顿度过剩下的假期。
