I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the room during my recent stay at your hotel October 10th-11th. I booked the 10th-12th but could not stay the second night. I had expected a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.
Upon arrival, we were immediately met with the overpowering smell of ozone. An ozone machine was running in the room. We unplugged it and brought it to the front desk. While this may have been intended to address odors or mold, the lingering ozone was extremely unpleasant and raised serious health concerns. As you may know, ozone exposure has been associated with respiratory irritation, chest pain, coughing, and can exacerbate asthma and other health conditions. It is not something guests should be exposed to at any concentration upon entering a room.
Unfortunately, the ozone wasn’t the only issue. The room had a strong moldy odor, suggesting that there may be deeper maintenance issues. The floors were visibly dirty. When I accidentally spilled a small amount of juice and wiped it up with a napkin, the napkin came away black—a clear sign that the floor had not been properly cleaned.
Additionally, although the room was labeled as "pet friendly," I was surprised to find a very old and dusty tennis ball behind the bed. The amount of dust on it was concerning—it was so thick it appeared almost furry. This not only indicates a lack of thorough cleaning but also raises que

The rooms are being refurbished and are great! It is the south near the coast, so there is a smell of mold....

Great location with proximity to beach access, food and drinks, and pretty views when crossing the adjacent bridge. Will be back next time I come to Topsail!

My relaxing Day!
When I arrived it was shift change. I met both staff leaving and coming. It started off great everyone smiled and greeted me with positive energy. I video walking into my room for my mom so she could see if she likes it and she did! 🥰 My morning breakfast was wonderful, hot, clean, and had great service. Plus I was only a bridge away from North Topsail Beach. I'll be back with family next time. One more thing, everyone in that town had positive energy! Good was great also and anything you need is only a few mins away. Thank you for the wonderful stay❣️

酒店的整体体验让我们惊喜,尤其是考虑到如此低廉的价格。唯一的小问题是:我们入住的房间似乎是无障碍设施房,淋浴间是为轮椅使用者设计的,所以没有挡水边——强劲的水流会直接溅到浴室地板上。淋浴帘几乎起不到作用,所以我们只好用卷起来的毛巾做了一个临时的挡水条。不过,从前台到早餐服务人员,每个人都非常友善,服务很棒。
设施有待改进。淋浴体验不太好。游泳池晚上8点就关了,早上10点才开,这意味着你几乎没有时间使用游泳池。下次不会再住了。
外观很漂亮,但内部就一言难尽了。浴室很糟糕——浴缸里有胶带,只有一个灯,排气扇声音巨大。电视遥控器也是坏的。
不过床和床单倒是很舒服。
