设施：6楼的无边泳池很美丽、很出片，SPA非常专业、舒适，价格也还好，很喜欢。
卫生：打扫得很干净，之前某书上看到说卫生不好，还有点忐忑，入住后，觉得一切都好。
环境：非常漂亮、有设计感的酒店，很喜欢。
服务：非常好！room service也挺好吃的。早餐品质也相当不错👍

酒店位置很好，去购物中心柏威连7/8分钟，早餐非常好，设计酒店很有特色，单房间内设施使用不方便，座椅好看，坐的不舒服，空调出风口噪音很大，还无法关闭，服务还是很好的，还是值得推荐入住
终于住到了梦中情房，南洋风情和简约的现代气息相融，房间内各种设计充满巧思，实在是很好。白天要出去逛街需要一个手提包前台还非常热心地提供了

服务和环境都让人感受到礼遇，房型和风景都不错，值得推荐，后面转移到大品牌的酒店，感觉都远不如这里，就是楼下餐厅晚餐一般
房间不错，设施也不错，到底是设计师酒店；唯一不足的，是酒店对客房的维护，不是非常到位，有待提高。酒店坐落在距离双子塔和柏威年都很近的地方，适合喜欢晨跑或City Walk的人群，交通也非常便捷（Garb打车🤭）。服务也都比较到位，可能🇮🇳裔不喜欢华裔，总能感受到奇异的眼神或轻视，不过能用英语打败这种人，哈哈哈！
卫生一般，服务很好。每个人都很热情。urc集团不会太差，但是所有酒店到了大马心理预期要自降2星。但是比eq好，比eq好，比eq好。重要的话说三遍。
这里的服务真的非常满意，员工友善、热情，而且非常专业。客户服务很棒，总是面带微笑随时准备提供帮助。入住办理快速又顺利。设施舒适，房间干净宽敞，非常适合商务旅客。大堂和餐厅氛围宁静，提供种类丰富的美食。总的来说，我在这里的住宿体验非常出色，物超所值，我肯定会再来的。
他们帮我把行李搬进房间。甚至还为我准备了生日蛋糕 💜 食物很棒，每个人都非常热情好客。图书馆超级舒适，而且营业到午夜12点！我太喜欢我的房间了，我打算以The Ruma为灵感来装饰自己的家。更不用说，这里离KLCC只有5分钟路程，我步行去看了我的《天鹅湖》表演。
我一定会再回来住，再享受一次治愈之旅。🦢🤍
