I understand that this hotel and many in the immediate area cater to long-term stays, mostly employees in the natural gas industry. The parking lot is filled with trucks from Halliburton and other gas companies. Perhaps because of this, there is no room service except 1 times a week. That's OK, we were only there a few nights.
Regardless, the staff was friendly and helpful.
What was uncomforable about this hotel were the accomodation. The bed had a huge dip in the center and we could not get comfortable. The air conditioning is loud...really loud. Both these things led to neither of us getting a good night's rest for 3 straight nights.
I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

My suite was spacious, clean and well accommodated. I will be staying here again next year.

The hotel was nice and clean. Few things to note, there is no breakfast, just coffee. Maybe I should have checked more carefully but I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t offer any kind of breakfast at all. The other thing is they must allow area businesses to park their work trucks, mostly very large pickups, in their parking lot. The parking lot was almost always full of different company vehicles but it seemed like the hotel was pretty empty and the trucks never moved. There were only a few spots for guests to park and they weren’t in convenient places. Hard when you have to carry luggage and pack up your car.
The hotel is in a convenient location, so luckily we didn’t have to go too far for breakfast.

This was a very nice stay!! Room was very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind and ready to help. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Nice spacious rooms with full kitchen. Very clean, however could use an update. Minimal road noise from the interstate and no noticeable noise from neighboring rooms.

Worst mattress ever
Rude staff and the room was not clean. Worst part of the stay was definitely the mattress…we could not sleep and ended up leaving the hotel early because the mattress was so uncomfortable.

We booked based on the directional in the description that it was walkable to a nearby attraction. I guess technically anything is walkable if you’re open to a long distance. But alas it was not as close as indicated. It’s also behind another hotel on a dead end road next to the highway. Hotel was quiet and the room was sufficient. Nice to have a kitchen that did come in handy.
