I really wanted to like this stay, but it missed the mark in a big way. I had contacted ******* ahead of time to make sure my room had a tub. I have severe leg and ankle pain from multiple surgeries, and when the weather gets this cold, soaking in Epsom salts is the only thing that keeps me functioning. ******* even called the hotel directly and I paid extra for the upgrade. I was told the tub was guaranteed.
After driving for hours in a snowstorm alone with my child, we were exhausted and relieved to finally arrive. I hauled several loads of our things into the room, unpacked everything, and my daughter was already excitedly getting her swimsuit on for the pools. When I finally went to use the bathroom, I realized we’d been placed in a shower-only room.
I was in too much pain to drag everything back out and move rooms, and I didn’t want to ruin my kid’s night, but it was incredibly disappointing. I paid for something I didn’t receive, and it was the one thing I actually needed.
To top it off, the body wash in the shower was completely empty, so I had to DoorDash some from Target after settling in.
I don’t leave reviews lightly, but this stay was frustrating and felt careless. If you’re going to charge extra for a guaranteed room type, please make sure guests actually get what they paid for.

Staff didn’t answer phone calls, had to call multiple times. Lobby is locked after hours, so good luck getting in. Heater was so loud I couldn’t use at night. Pools was not useable as kids were screaming at the top of their lungs while partners weren’t even there. Won’t stay here again.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Pools, hot tub areas were clean. Arcade games were fun. Had dinner at Legends (really good burgers and friendly staff) and went back later at night for the live music, which was great and good atmosphere!

I didn’t get breakfast that was an extra fee so I can’t rate breakfast.I wish they had some thicker comforters instead of just blankets. I asked staff for a broom because I got confetti from a balloon that popped on the floor and the didn’t bring it. I also wanted larger garbage because I have a swimming party for my daughter so the small bags wasn’t enough,they gave me small ones I think that should be something that they do if people ask. They do not take any prepare cards only credit or bank cards do please be prepared for that if that’s something that you use. Overall a good experience my daughter had fun but from a parent perspective these are the things. That should be noted

The room was in good condition. The layout of the hotel was strange and inconvenient. My key didn't work on the door I was instructed to enter through from parking lot. The door that did open (door 2) had zero indication of where to find the nearest elevator. After wondering and hunting I gave up a walked with luggage back up to the lobby in order to get to the floor my room was on. Staff was great though. Just strange layout and lack of good signage.

Poor service, room not ready at 4:00 pm, front desk staff did not seem to care. Waited an hour to get into room.
TVs in room didn’t work or not work properly.
Overall not a pleasant experience, won’t stay there again.

Room was adequate but wall picture was gone and big screws left to look at. No bath mat present had to use personal towel. When mentioned to desk people barely acknowledged. Security guards very helpful in finding our rooms.
