Breakfast was great. A huge plus for me is coffee in the lobby area. If I wake up early and would like to have a cup of coffee without waking up the other guest in the room or going somewhere, I was happy to see they provided this one simple but very nice perk. Check in was easy and quick. Front desk staff were extremely friendly, the nice lady preparing breakfast was very nice and ensured items were promptly refilled when they ran low. Our room was clean when we checked in (I usually don't get housekeeping on short stays).

The front desk clerk at check-in wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude. There were no bath towels in our room when we arrived. The door to our room was very loose…it latched but would move back and forth and was so off track you couldn’t lock the deadbolt. The walls are PAPER THIN and the doors in the room and the main door are completely hollow and cheap. The door handle to the bathroom was almost falling off. All the doors on our floor would SLAM if you didn’t hold them until they closed…that made for tons of slamming until early morning. The carpet needed a good cleaning so we just kept shoes on anytime we walked around. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and the bathroom was cleaned as well, just needed towels. Girl at checkout time was super friendly.

Quick response to problems
Blind was broken, TV would not work until I changed the input ports. But they responded quickly to my concerns and it was repaired. Room clean. Breakfast was good especially the cinnamon rolls.

hot stay
the room reached 79 degress and would not cool off. temp set at 67 which is the lowest setting. Asked the front desk and they stated it was normal... not normal on a hot day. the lobby was colder than our room. the rest of the hotel was awesome as so were the staff

I always stay at Holiday Inns because I know what I am getting whenever I stay at one. This Holiday Inn was no different, matter of fact I would say one of the better ones I have stayed at. Checking in was fast and I was greeted by an extremely kind and welcoming staff. The hotel it self was very up to date and very clean. As for the rooms, everything was spotless. The beds were clean and that had that perfect holiday inn bed comfortably. If I am in the area again I will definitely be staying here again! And as for Holiday Inn upper management this is for you, the way the General Manager runs this particular hotel is exactly how a hotel is supposed to be ran!
