I always appreciate a swimming pool and this one was big enough for me to swim circles to get my exercise daily. The jets on the hot tub did not work, a small disappointment. The breakfast is always a nice thing with several hours to get down there. The breakfast attendant was cheerful and attentive. It is right across the bluff so we could see the lake and walk across Lake Shore Drive to see the water, waves and sunset.

we reserved a balcony view, we got the first floor, loud trafic view of lake Michigan. Staff was great.

Hotel was fine. It was clean. It could use some updates. It is looking worn, and there was some water damage in our bathroom. Loved that the restaurant next door was within walking distance. Beautiful scenery.

Beside the location. Whole place needs to be updated, very dirty floors, bathroom lighting,doors, door handles, shower doors, box spring covers were damaged .

Room was excellent. Could walk right across the street and sit to view the lake. Service was great and friendly. Highly recommend
酒店在密西根湖旁边，风景优美。房间干净整洁，有微波炉空调，没有拖鞋牙刷瓶装水。早餐比较简单，不能期待和国内一样丰富，苹果和一个有肉味的咸粥是我喜欢的，每天吃。酒店服务很满意，就是有个小插曲，不能提前退房，携程网上没告知。最后一晚我申请提前退房，携程告知不能退，我于是打算回去继续住，结果酒店却把房间给退了，房费却不退，在我的要求下，酒店经理帮我预定了附近的酒店，自己付费。与携程客服交涉了两三天，退款给我了。这事占用我很多时间，也惊动了很多客服人员，携程服务算到位了，海外定房细节上还要注意，真正让出行无后顾之忧。
湖景房，风景很好，远离交通大道，很安静，前台服务员很nice，旁边就是饭店，就餐也方便。还是值得推荐的。

泳池和热水浴缸在任何酒店都是使用率很高的区域。泳池底部长满了藻类，或者看起来像绿色黏液的东西。热水浴缸的水位线以上部分长满了霉菌藻类。我知道酒店正在翻新，但泳池/热水浴缸却不行！太恶心了！
