Our maintenance team is checking out the ceiling to determine if there is an issue that needs to be resolved. Our hotel employs Presto-X exterminating services to monthly treat the property to prevent pests. I will also make note for them to properly treat the room you occupied for any pests. All Holiday Inn Express hotels offer both soft and firm pillow choices, and there are quality standards in place to ensure the pillows are up to brand expectations.
