Staff was friendly and we felt comfortable. Shuttle was helpful and we loved our spacious rooms- 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with kitchen. More than enough room for 3 people, but we liked having our own areas and private bathrooms.

Great overall
It was a good stay overall. The toilet had little to no pressure and clogged multiple times with just a couple squares of toilet paper from blowing my nose. That would be my only complaint.

Our room was amazing!! The only negative is there was no coffee in the lobby unless you paid for it.

Sleepless in Park City, UT
Check in is normally at 4 pm. I arrived a bit early around 12:45 pm, because I wasn't feeling so good. I was hoping to get into a room. I was told that they put on a priority checkin and would let me know when my room was made available. Finally at 2:45 pm my room was available.
I got into my room and there was a loud vibrating sound, in which I thought was the air conditioning (A/C) so, I immediately turned off the A/C and the noise seemed to subside. Shoet before going to bed I hear the A/C being turned back on again, but this time it wasn't coming from my room. The room started to vibrate under my feet and it was a constant buzzing, like a fridge running all night long. I got into bed however, couldn't sleep because of this noise. Finally, it stopped around 12:15 am. I fell asleep and was woken up at 2:30 am and needless to say I was awake the rest of the night. The following noght, I came to my room at a little after 9 pm. I immediately remembered the sounds when I opened up my door, because upon opening my door i could feel the floor vibrating under my feet. So, I wondered why aren't the others bothered by noise. So i put ny ears against the walls in the hallway and only my room had all of the activities. So I called downstairs and she sent a gentleman up to take a look. I explained to him what I was hearing. He explained to me yeah, unfortunately when they biult these rooms this room ( which was my room) had all the A/C ducting converging.

This is a lovely place, but there was a great deal of construction all around with the associated construction noise, dirt and traffic. The staff was nice and friendly. Will try to make it back here, it can’t be beat for the price.

Really nice hotel room suite for the price. Lovely staff lots of construction going on so it was noisy and messy. But all in all a very enjoyable stay.
