The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. The pull out bed was terrible! But the beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice and comfortable. The furnishings are a bit out of date.

Room did not have any access to temperature control, woke up cold and couldn't change the temp or find an extra blanket. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was horrible, food was cold and very low quality. It's too bad, I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was a very nice stay.

We had to book here, because the other place we booked was so awful. This hotel is a 15 min drive from Glenwood and it was so worth it. Our room was so nice, price was great. Excellent pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was excellent and included. Parking was free, unlike most hotels up in Glenwood. Staff was so awesome and and recommend a great local place to eat. We have zero complaints or concerns here. We even ended up with a room overlooking the river. If you are staying in Glenwood, just go down the road and stay here. You will not be disappointed. Well done property managment!

Loved it so much!! Beautiful, clean, great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Our balcony room was very nice & the suite itself felt so big. I wish we could've stayed longer but we were on a roadtrip elsewhere. Would definitely come back though!

Rooms were clean, staff was excellent! The only complaint I have is the lack of parking for trucks and trailers. I was on a hunting trip and it was sometimes difficult to find parking for my truck and trailer.

The property is very clean. The breakfast is great for a continental there are eggs and sausage and cereal and yogurt. Great water pressure. Overall a good stay.

STAYED AT. EVERYTHING WAS FIRST CLASS AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!

No water pressure in the shower, poor breakfast service: out of coffee, cold cinnamon rolls, oatmeal somewhere under the water. Room was big but had a very small TV. Hotel seemed old needing updating.
