是个套房，面积很大，外面一个客厅，里面一间卧室。离UT Austin很近，美国酒店没拖鞋和牙具。总的来说还不错。
酒店正在改造装修，到处都有灰尘。餐厅也无法就餐，需点餐送到房间里吃，很不方便。关键是携程在网上没有告知客人酒店正在施工装修的现状。很失职很不应该。
这处房产状况很差。淋浴间和家具上的把手都掉了。客房服务很差：我们在帘子后面发现了上一位客人留下的瓶子。其中一部电梯坏了，到大堂要花上十分钟。床很糟糕：软得让人陷进去，醒来后腰酸背痛。沙发床也很糟糕：能感觉到弹簧硌到背，而且我们还要另外订购床上用品，而通常沙发床都是自带床单和毯子的。洗手池和房间之间没有门。浴室照明很差。有一天网络还断了。
太荒谬了
不收现金。我得用iPhone付款才能取车。（顺便说一句，我入住时，以及他从车里取回我的手机时，代客泊车员都收现金。这家餐厅简直是笑话。阳台只有20英寸深，当然也没有椅子。无论如何都别来。）
我喜欢宽敞的房间，礼宾人员也很有礼貌。但浴室和卧室的湿度和通风需要改进。床单有点湿，浴帘有点异味。而且，淋浴后几个小时内湿气都不会消散。
代客泊车简直糟透了。一片混乱。付了250多美元的代客泊车费，停了三个晚上，结果为了能开上租来的车，还得把车停到街角的另一个车库里。
服务不太好，没有亲自使用代码进行所有操作，餐厅服务很慢。
