We were given a hotel room that was not ready yet. The bed was made but the rest of the room was not ready. They gave us a new room, but they should of never done that to begin with. The cleaning staff walked in on us in the first room as we did not realize right away it was not completely ready as the bed was made. But once they did, we started looking around and noticed there was trash in the bins, no towels and other issues. This is when we brought it up with the hotel staff.
Breakfast was a good breakfast

The room was clean, but we didn't get our trash taken out. Also I wasn't informed that the indoor swimming pool was under construction. This is the reason we picked this hotel.

Not completed stay yet but so far excellent. I will not stay anywhere else. I always feel comfortable and accommodating

All of the staff was great except the front desk clerk who must have been having a bad day and decided to pass it on to us. Wony hold it afainst all yhe other staff who were helpful and friendly

Floors were lumpy and bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Entry door would not close on its own.

If yout property doesn't have a pool or hot tub please take it off your website. So rude. My original room smelled like mildew so bad I immediately went to ask for a new one. Switched with no problem. After those two issues it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast is great, beds are comfy and good sized rooms
