Everything was wonderful except the bath tub. The bottom was slanted to the center making it dangerous for me as I moved from end to end during my shower. I am a little unsteady on flat ground, so this seemed treacherous for me.

NOT COMING BACK! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
We had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite being promised a room at the back of the hotel on the main floor, we were instead placed right next to the elevator and directly in front of the breakfast area. The noise was absolutely unbearable. We didn’t get a single minute of proper sleep due to the constant noise from the elevator running all night and the racket from guests gathering for breakfast right outside our door.
If you’re looking for a restful stay, avoid this place unless they can guarantee you a quiet room. We certainly won’t be returning.

HOW can I review when you NEVER had me reserved to be there? I never went be cause of that. I cannot give you a review. Poor communicating folks. When I went to cancel reservation I found there was NO reservation. They never had me reserved, never heard of me.

We traveled to Oconomowoc to celebrate a high school reunion. Our stay at Staybridge Suites was fantastic! They had every amenity we needed and more. The staff was gracious when we requested fresh towels and more coffee - lol! They had meet and greets the first couple of nights we stayed. Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay! Very clean and the one bedroom suite gave us lots of extra room the full kitchen was a plus. Beds were comfy too.

We stayed for a wedding at the Valerie next door—the location couldn’t be better.
The woman who helped check us in in a hurry, Erica, was lovely and very helpful. The woman who wished us well on our way out in the morning was also very kind.
After the wedding we stopped in the lobby with two friends. After about 5 minutes of talking, the woman working overnight came over and scolded us like schoolchildren: “it is 2.5 hours past the beginning of quiet hours and if I can hear you all the way over there (the desk), then they (dont know who she was pointing at) can definitely hear you. Be quiet now!”. We were given no warning that there were hours that we could not convene and talk in the hotel lobby. We weren’t yelling or drinking/eating and were four adults. While I appreciate the importance of reasonable noise for hotel guests who are trying to sleep, she was extremely rude.
Our room—3028– smelled terribly of mildew. We could not see any visual issues but the smell was overwhelming; I ended up moving to a friend’s room and sleeping on her couch at 1am because it was so bad. Wasn’t expecting the woman who had just scolded us downstairs was going to be particularly interested in helping.
Stay here if you’re going to a wedding at the Valerie but check out your room when you check in to be sure all is good, and be sure not to speak in the lobby after 10pm!

We do have a quite time, BUT she should have been much nicer about it. As of the Mildew I will have my maintenance take a look as this has never been brought to my attention before. This makes me sad to feel like you couldn’t come down and talk with us in the moment and we could have maybe moved rooms. I am glad that you still were able to have a great time at the wedding. We were greeted by James, aka "Old School," upon arriving. He was so fun and welcoming! We also arrived during the FREE happy hour, an unexpected bonus! The lobby was bustling! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Everything about our stay was A+.

The bathtubs should have some slip free adhesives on the bottom. Every time we stay here, both my wife and I (ages 66 and 72) find them VERY slippery and have trouble not falling, but we haven't fallen yet.
