We had a nice quiet room on the back of building which was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and the only problem had was with the TV. But that was rescanned and that took care of the problem. Very nice and helpful staff. We would certainly stay there again when visiting family.

Disappointed
The hotel was in desperate need of upgrades. The carpet was dirty and stained. Walls need repainted, furniture was chipped and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It was not a restful night.
On a more positive note, the ladies working the front desk were very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was not clean. There were tie nail clippings in the sink shelf and hair in the ceiling above the shower. Coffee pot was very dirty too. The staff was amazing and the Libby and breakfast are were very clean. The room tho was not up to par

We have stayed in many HIE locations as they are a consistent quality. The beds in this hotel were so hard and uncomfortable! Everything else was great, but the beds make it a never again!

Room on the first floor was next to an outside picnic area. Voices carried through the AC unit and window past 9 pm. Terrible

Meets the standards of a resting apot
Hotel was an adequate stopping place for our travels home to Ohio from SC. Room was clean and comfortable. Not a five star for a five star price.

Not Again
Our door struggled to close. There was a large wet spot on our bathroom ceiling. Spinach dip was left in our fridge. You could hear the traffic from the main road. There were food wrappers and other trash left under our bed.

Our whole experience was just awesome. From the frint desk to the lady in the breakfast area. They are sweet and kind. The breakfast is sooooo good could be a little warmer but nothing a microwave cant fix. It was delicious. My husband and I have told everyone how great it was. He is from Princeton so we made sure his family and friends recommende it to anyone coming to visit

Tacky. The hotel was run down and noise. Multiple door lock batteries died (our first assigned room, the client ahead us assigned room, and the pool room. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

The room didn't smell good at all. Very strong chemical/bleach smell. Facility didn't seem welcoming-very bare bones.
