Room was clean and very comfortable I can’t wait to return this weekend but the only problem I had is the heater not working I was freezing in my room all night but I slept good though

Friendly staff that explained work being done on hotel. Work crew was done by 5pm and did not restart until 9am the next day. Breakfast buffet staff was very attentive and friendly.

毫无南方风情/服务态度差劲/粗鲁！过去两年我入住这家酒店四次，每次都感觉更糟。我尝试直接打电话给酒店，但没人接。我是在休息站用手机上的预订应用直接预订的。用这个应用预订非常方便！
抵达酒店后，前台接待员态度非常恶劣。她说我是通过第三方预订公司预订的，所以无法享受同样的服务，而且必须在我的信用卡上预授权100美元——我不想这么做，因为我已经预付了房费，而且接下来还有很长的旅程，还要住另一家酒店，有很多旅行开销。她最终从我的卡里扣了5美元。当我提到晚上7:30想游泳时，她说泳池已经关闭了。她说泳池要到第二天早上10点才开放，真是糟糕！房间在一楼，窗外正对着停车场，旁边就是一台建筑起重机。早上7点40分，卡车轰鸣着启动了，发出刺耳的蜂鸣声。那声音就像炸弹爆炸一样，把我吓得魂飞魄散。因为前一天开了很长的车，加上当天又开了10个小时，我睡得很沉。我去投诉的时候，前台接待员立刻就跑了。
由于路面重铺，停车位非常有限。前台无法告知我们停车地点，因为几乎整个停车场都被封锁了。
我和家人在这里住过，一切都很完美，房间干净，服务良好。
