Most of our guests are long-term stays, with reservations lasting weeks and even months.We have learned that the majority of these guests do not want or need daily housekeeping services, and have staffed our housekeeping team with that in mind.I apologize that our efforts were not in sync with your expectations when you visited. Hopefully, you were able to enjoy the other aspects of your stay while visiting our property.Should you ever want to revisit us, knowing how we do things, we would welcome the chance to host you again in the future!

优点：我们的房间有一张特大号床和两张大号床，还有客厅和厨房。对于我 6 口之家来说，房间非常宽敞，价格也合理。您可以在前台附近领取浴帽、牙刷和牙膏等基本用品。请自带拖鞋，这次我们忘了带。哈哈！他们从早上 6:00 到 9:30 提供免费早餐。员工很友好。
缺点：我们有点失望地发现他们的游泳池和热水浴缸永久关闭。
我对我们的体验和酒店设施非常不满意。我们房间的地毯上洒了一大滩咖啡，弄脏了我孩子的睡衣和睡袋，这太恶心了。早上 8:30，一名酒店员工没有敲门或先报到就打开了我们的门。当我们向前台提出这些问题时，他们对我们的担忧不予理睬。

非常棒的酒店，去西雅图佩恩机场非常方便。周围没有太多餐厅，所以你肯定需要开车或 Uber 才能去餐厅等，不过他们有很棒的免费早餐和 5x5 酒吧供应晚餐。他们还有一个提供盒装餐食的小小吃店。入住期间有厨房总是一件好事。
