On arrival we were given a room and the keys wouldn’t work. After the front desk gets involved they found out the room was already occupied.(not sure if they were supposed to be in there). The couch had white stuff on it not really sure what is was. The front desk was super nice but probably won’t return in the future.

The room was shabby and worn. The bathroom was terrible. The sink faucet was loose and moved around as you tried to use it. The shower controls were held together with some added screws that didn't fit. In all I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. I can't believe that you gave it a 9.2 on the website!

My family and I stay here every time we visit family in the area. The room that we were given was just ok. It was clean but there was an obvious leak in the ceiling and the chair that was in the room must have been under the leak. The chair was stained it should be thrown out.

No Privacy!
The curtains could not close in my room. Sheer/ see through curtains does not equal privacy. I was on the first floor/ground level and felt exposed at all times. This was very uncomfortable for me. I checked early and was told by the clerk, I would be reimbursed for 1 night, my refund as promised never occurred. I would not stay here again or recommend any friends/family/business associates. This is not the comfort inn I remember!

我们走进房间,闻到一股霉味。走进浴室,发现墙上有一个洞,用纸巾堵住了。现在应该修好了。浴缸周围似乎长了霉菌。这套房子可以修一下了。这次对我来说是一次短途旅行。但我不会再住在那里了。
房间很干净,浴室很大。电视坏了。我从来没有联系过前台。我真的不想让工作人员进我的房间。无论如何,他们应该已经知道了。早餐吧很简陋。
