Hallway reeked of pot. Supposed to be non smoking. Bedside clock lost time during the night so I was late getting to where I needed to be in the AM.

Broken tiles in bathroom should be replaced. Looks bad and they shift while you walk on them.

Ended up having to check out due to a sports team that was staying there with many young, unattended kids who were filling the hallway, playing hockey, loud music and smashing into our wall and door. My husband was hit with a flying object just trying to get into our room. The parents were in the parking lot visibly drinking in a crowd, the staff was aware of all of this happening as the kids were running in and out the front lobby doors.
The side door inside and outside had TONS of dead and alive beetle bugs, as well as the pool area had love bugs crawling around.

It was amazing. Good breakfast , amazing staff...clean the pool warm was cold. Would have been nice for it to be alittle more heated

Great Staff, Rehab is just average
Staff were very friendly and wanted to do a good job. They were attentive especially the "breakfast lady". She made sure things were filled and clean. The check in was smooth and friendly but we had a problem with the lock on the first room we were given, after a few attempts he moved us to another room. The room itself was clean and spacious but the shade pull was broken, not a big deal as we got in late. The cooling system needs some attention. The room was muggy so we turned the a/c down and it was okay for awhile but the humidity in the room just was crazy. I let the front desk know in the morning about the cooling system and shades needing to be serviced. The rehab they did on the building is okay, but think they need to invest in a better HVAC system for comfort of guests.

Lobby was very loud and voices carried easily down to our room on the first floor.

It wasn't good because the building was old and there were bugs, but I was moved because the people were so kind and the breakfast food was so fresh and healthy

The manager Kimberly and the staff were very understanding about the issue that my wife and I with our room . They expressed great concerns and did everything they can to make us feel that they cared !
Kimberly went above and beyond , she called the very next morning after our scheduled check out spoke with me in a concerned and caring matter assuring me and assured that she will following up and that if there was any problem with my refund with my ******* to call her . There was no need because ******* did a good job of solving the problem after they contacted her while they put me on hold .
Jeffery at ******* was very helpful and made sure that the matter was resolved ,
My wife and I travel often and we do understand that sometimes things do happen but as always the reflection of how the problem is resolved and the extent the staff and persons involved go about it is what really matter . Thank you Kimberly at Holiday inn Express Adrian and to all your staff who were wonderful and kind . Also thank you to Jeffery at ******* @ ******* for the extra effort in helping get the transaction done up to my satisfaction .

Everything was good except one thing bothered us. The mirror in the bathroom was positioned to low to the sink. Every time we turned the faucet on the handle would hit the bottom of the mirror. That is the only issue we had with the hotel.
