Did not give room service the 3 days I asked, they were all different employees too. Ethernet port didn't work even though I went and asked if it was working and they said it did.

We came here to stay during preparation for our son's medical procedure. On the day we checked in, the elevator didn't work until tomorrow, so we had issues getting on the third floor with the kids and all the stuff we had brought. Spider nets and dust are all over the lobby lights and walls. The apartment was spacious but extremely dirty (our kids' feet were black after walking barefoot for an hour). The microwave was not working, the internet was slow, and Smart TV could not be connected, so I had to use my own hotspot for it. Service was really nice, employees were so kind, but sometimes there is not much they can do with the hotel being in this bad condition... Generally very bad experience!

All was good, except room was not ready at check-in time. I had to wait almost am hour to get my room.

Overall, not great but not awful. We were in Austin for F1 so paid like double for the room (hotels were sold out). Hotel says smoke free but rugs don't smell great. Hotel is old. Beds are full size - not queen size. I wouldn't stay there again. If we do F1 again, we'll book a hotel well in advance.
