First i would like to say the staff is very good and the hotel is in very good condition. Now for negative. Carpet in the room felt sticky on my feet.
Central exhaust in the bathroom did a very poor job of removing steam or moving air at all. Beds in my room were very hard.
And the web site makes no mention of the freight train that runs 4 or more times throughout the night right behind the hotel.
For these reasons we will not be staying at this location again.

Room Review
We were disappointed that we were given room 221, which we could tell immediately that there was a strong mold smell in the room. It was overpowering and sickening.There was no telephone so I went to from desk to report it. The staff person followed me to the room and I believe lied,saying he couldn't smell anything.This is so they could still rent the room out without remediation. We were given a different room and had to load up and move. The new room was fine

I'm sorry you believe I lied to you because I did not, I just could not smell it. However, I believed you and gave you a new room to compensate for your trouble. After 3:00PM we are not able to rent out rooms that guests have moved out of because our housekeeping staff is already gone for the day. I am glad that your new room was better and hope you'll give us another chance to cater your future stays.
