Our room was great and the sauna was a happy surprise. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. If I’m in the area again this would be my only choice.

They lost our reservation, not once but twice. Then they wouldn't help us to get things rectified. They lost the reservation at the beginning of our 5 day stay and the then mid week took all our stuff out of our room and locked it up until 9am the next morning even though we had 2 more nights in our stay. Couldn't get a manager to help and then they started not even answering our calls. Very frustrating to say the least.

We chose to pack up your things and put them in a very secure place to ensure that they were very safe so we did not have to charge you for additional nights that would not have been authorized by the hotel. We hope next time you will book direct with the hotel and provide valid information so that we may contact you if you do not return to the hotel without a proper reservation.
