The room that I had reserved was "unavailable" for some unknown reason and the hot tub was out of order. Neither of these notices were addressed online and I was not made aware of these issues until we checked in at the hotel.
I feel that as a guest and as a customer, a little more communication about these issues prior to our arrival wouldve been suffice and a common courtesy.

Our room needed updated badly and smelled a little funky. It was on the main level 100. The carpet was stained, the bathroom had a lot of water damage and some spots of mold in the shower surround. The bathroom door was in bad shape and would not stay open on its own. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. No bag for dirty clothes. No function available on the HVAC system to have a continuous fan operation, which is nice to have to drowned out the noise of door, slamming, and people in the parking lot.

Clean, quiet and nicely appointed rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The beds are not comfortable. But the staff was amazing, the linens were always fresh and re-freshed. They had no problem providing me with an extra blanket.

We were the last room available and checked in after driving 16 hours. Toilet was disgusting. Clearly not cleaned with dirty stains and dried feces inside and outside. Had no other options so spent night but used gas station bathroom. Not a good experience
