Manager would not move her car and since the front lobby is where she was , it was exit to take my son to our car at checkout because she was blocked ck a flat spot and all the rest was at a very high incline and his wheelchair would have rolled away.

The staff provided excellent service during my stay. The room itself was quite pleasant; however, it had a noticeable smell of cigarettes and cigarette smoke. Fortunately, I had brought some air freshener in my luggage, which helped to quickly refresh the air in the room. Overall, the air conditioning also contributed to a comfortable environment.

EXCELLENT LARGE ROOMS WITH GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS FROM ANY WINDOW...LOVED THE 24 Hour FRESHLY GROUND SELF SERVE COFFEE AND THE DELICIOUS BREAKFAST BUFFET.GREAT LOCATION TO BEACH RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET

We had a bay view room, which was nice, but it was noisy outside because personnel do not close the pool after 9pm, as stated. Kids were screaming and playing until way after 10pm.
The main areas (office, corridors, etc) did not have sufficient a/c, and were muggy. There is also an unpleasant musty odor that hangs in the hallways.
Water leaks from somewhere under the tub, but no visible cracks, although there is a need to recaulk the entire thing. The tub should be replaced--it looks like it's been in a war zone.
The rooms definitely need an upgrade.

The AC in the Breakfast area was broken I’m sure they will fix it , they run a pretty good Property by the Beach Bathroom can use a little more maintenance.

The housekeeping staff were very courteous and helpful. The check in could have been faster, only one person working on a Friday. The breakfast was good but could have had more options and ended a little later than 10. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool and fishing were great. I wish they had more than one washer/dryer and elevator. Also, the elevator wasn’t ventilated and at times was malodorous.

We were kept up by loud teenagers st the pool until late. It was posted that quiet hours were required after 10pm. However, the desk attendant did quickly make them be quiet when we complained.
