We stay for a night, but not toiletries. Found a use soap that somebody left, also some socks. we stayed at 3rd floor an almost all doors in that floor were open. Unclear if they were occupied or not.

The entire property is in disrepair and had obvious attempts to band aid the problems instead of properly repairing the problem. Even though I had booked a double room, only one bath towel in the bathroom, no hand towels at all. A second bath towel was provided when I asked for it. Beds were old and hard, shower wall had long hair on the wall from previous occupant. Clerk was not friendly and had a heavy middle eastern accent.

The staff was very helpful and super nice. The only thing was the nozzle for the shower wouldn’t go down to take a bath. I had to run the shower to get water into the tub. But other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely wonderful staff! The room was huge with a lot of space to walk around. The hotel was quiet and safe. I will stay here whenever I have a hearing in Bee County. Thank you!

Was clean & smelled clean. Brought my kids with me thinking the kids would enjoy the pool. Pool was dirty and they said the it has just broke but looks as if it was broke longer.

2 stars, but the receptionist was nice
Pool was murky and dirty, pictures showed false advertising. The bathtub was dirty, the futon was stained and falling apart, (rips, springs falling off) our bedsheets had stains. The breakfast area chairs were also dirty. The front desk receptionist was friendly so no complains as far as customer service. It was the overall cleanliness of the hotel and nasty pool that is their down fall.

It took too long to check in and he light went out. I understand that it may have been a city issue but checking in and the room didn't seem to be as clean as other hotels I have stayed in.
