This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Noisy as hell - we could hear everyone’s conversations, people stomping their feet, the ice making machine. The faucet in the shower is hard to turn. The beds are very uncomfortable. And then to top it off the frozen breakfast that is served is disgusting and the coffee machine was not working because it needs to be replaced. I’m going to find the owner of this best Western because they’re individually owned and write him a letter.

My choice of hotel every time I go visit my daughter at The Prairie View A&M University. Staff is always nice and prompt with anything you need. I have 3 more years to make this Best Western my hkme away from home.

Best front desk service and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ok and plenty parking. Only thing is AC was a little loud but overall great stay and location!

我们在这里住得很愉快。我和妻子很喜欢早餐。第二天他们改变了鸡蛋的款式，这很好。床很舒服。一定会再来这家酒店。我们本来想多住几天，但这周酒店已经订满了，所以我们打算去稍远一点的假日酒店。停车位充足，也很安全。

我们到了那里，整个酒店就只有 2 个人。停车场很安全。我们一走进去就闻到一股气味。我们觉得那里很不安全。有一种非常不安的感觉。我们在房间里呆了大概 1 个小时。我们都觉得这家酒店很不安全。
