Riom was clean. Needed amenties provided. Staff was excellent and provided rooms for tbe handicap needs for two of us as needed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the hotel is located in a great area for convenience multiple good restaurants and places to shop all in walking distance

Great area hotel could use update for prices
The hotel fit our needs, would have been better if the mini fridge was cold upon arrival, and the shower door didn’t leak all over the bathroom floor. I will say that the breakfast provided at the hotel was good, The price was rather expensive the the accommodations and the area!

Our room was so clean, very spacious for all of our kids, and we loved the soaps being hung on the wall for you. The breakfast was amazing, the best hotel we’ve stayed in.

The staff was very attentive and the breakfast (absolutely delicious)! The coffee was a hit as well. We were in town for a funeral service and one of our rooms needed an early check in to get ready for the services. They were more than happy to accommodate our situation and everything worked out and everyone was happy. Walmart as well as a nice selection of restaurants are in walking distance literally. I walked to Walmart every morning to get my steps in. The fitness center was also a hit as we are all into healthy lifestyles. I would definitely stay here in the future when visiting WV.
