Great stay but could improve.
The room was not clean there was hair on toilet seat. The receptionist was nice and helpful when I first checked in. But the next morning the receptionist was very rude. I walked out and she saw me to load up my luggage to the car I went back in dropped off my key and just said I’m going to grab some breakfast. And she began to question me. Just because I said I was going to grab breakfast.

The property was near where I needed to be. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. We will stay again when in the area.

Go-to for holidays
Location is great and convenient. Enjoyed my stay. Somewhat noisy first thing in the morning from laundry service knocking on the door at 8am, vacuuming, etc.
I did choose to pay at the property but my card was ran prior. When I asked the associate about it, she said they did not have access to that information and run credit cards every morning. That was odd to me that they don’t have access to payment preference information. Aside from that, good experience. Will stay again.

接待处的女士非常粗鲁。

我们对这次住宿感到失望。虽然大堂看起来很干净，但房间本身却不干净。淋浴墙很脏，浴帘顶部挂在杆子上的地方被撕破了，所以淋浴时地板会变得非常湿。浴室地板不干净，浴室水槽下面有一大片“水”渍，地板很粘。不过，床和枕头很舒服。
