Overall, it was a great stay a little heavy on the chlorine and the treatment in the hot tub, but at least it was all clean.Easy to get to great parking.Well let friendly people

I booked this hotel primatily for there being a hot tub. Upon arrival, I was told it was not working, but I could go next door to the sister hotel and use theirs. I asked if I would need a key to access and was told "well, we actually haven't been able to verify our guests accessing it" I explained that I was not interested in being the guinea pig to try to gain access. I made the reservation less than 24 hours of arrival and would have made alternative reservation had I been aware of the hot tub not working.

Check in was quick and the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The premises and the room was clean and the cleaning crew was great. Very positive staying experience!

I booked a room, Th-Sat. Our flight got in at 12:30 Thursday morning. Despite calling headquarters ahead of time, to make sure we would be able to check in early, the gal at the front desk made us pay for an extra night, despite having a room available. Not cool.

The earliest we could have checked you in without an additional fee would have been 5 AM. Great place to stay!
This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. From the room to breakfast, everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were sadly shocked to see that the room was not as expected. The room was damp, with the sheets, carpet, etc feeling damp and muggy. In the shower, there were hairs all around. Nice looking facility with lovely staff, but cleanliness and comfort took the hit.
