Clean rooms and property. Love having the bare floors instead of rug. Cordial staff. Planning on staying there again in the future.

We travel at least 3 times a year across the country, this was by far the best hotel we've stayed at!!! The rooms were clean, check in was friendly and fast and they have great alternative choices at breakfast for my families restricted dietary needs. Would recommend this location to everyone.

Everything was amazing. We were just passing through and really just needed a place to sleep but got there early enough to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The pool was nice and warm, the hot tub amazing. The breakfast in the morning was exactwbefore we hit

We stayed in 2 separate rooms, 2 separate nights. The staff was courteous, and the rooms one a king size bed room was spacious and comfortable and very clean and so was the double queen we stayed in.

the room was spotless and the people that check us in were great . they were so help full as to where to eat at night , the breakfast people were very friendly and helpful , they keep everything clean the tables and the machines were so clean . A great place to stay at well tell people about your place thank you for a great time their

Fantastic hotel! Finally, a hotel that got it all right. The desk staff ladies were amazing. Both we encountered were very friendly. We had driven all night and called to see if there were any early check-in rooms available. The lady that answered was so helpful and told us there was one room ready and that we could come on in. The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and provided a good sleep. The room was nice and dark and the A/C worked great. Breakfast had a nice selection, something for everyone. Overall great experience. Will stay here again!

We had selected this hotel a few weeks ago when in town for a wedding and were extremely satisfied with the service, cleanliness and one of the best continental breakfasts we’ve ever had in decades of traveling. So when we needed to return to TN on a short notice, we were happy that we were able to book rooms again.

Clean environment, professional staff… just upset we’re in the process of moving and we still have a resident address on my drivers license, for they have not been updated yet, and we were charged a 250.00 deposit because of being resident in Ooltewah, we did not know about that!!! Opposed to, if I had my license updated, where we now reside in Georgia, I would’ve only had 25.00 deposit!!! I don’t get it!!!
We will never go back to Holiday inn Express! They took all my money, and I have a sick husband, and we were only here for a doctor visit!!
Now I have to wait 5-7 days for it to be refunded!!!!
Not happy!!!!!!
