It has been awhile since I have stayed at this hotel and one feature that stands out is the quiet door close feature Thank you for having this feature in your doors as this drives me crazy when staying at hotels and you have constant door slamming.

Very clean room and hotel smelled good when we entered. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and very accommodating. Hotel seems to be new.

Strong mold/mildew smell in room. Shampoo pump bottle in shower was empty. Staff was friendly.

Overall, facility was clean and updated. Breakfast was good, adequate variety. All of this was overshadowed by indifference of staff.

Room is clean, spacious, bed is comfy, shower is huge. Both check in staff and breakfast staff were amazing. Woman serving breakfast you can tell cares. Not only was everything well stocked and warm, she interacted with the kids and made sure they had everything they needed or wanted. Best Hampton breakfast we've ever had.
