Breakfast was not what I expected. I have stayed at other Double Tree hotels and breakfast was great. This particular Double Tree has breakfast but it's not your traditional breakfast or even continental breakfast, it's a Starbucks breakfast which I don't like. I would not have gotten the breakfast here if I had known that but it's my fault for going off of past experiences with Double Tree.. the room was fantastic just beware of the breakfast.

Staff very nice had dinner in lounge area. Hotel and rooms very dated. Musty smell in halls and room AC unit very loud could not sleep with it on and the room became hot.

Staff were very friendly. The room was pretty clean, spacious, and comfy. We found a couple ants in the bed and shower. The AC unit in the room was really loud.

The charges for parking and there was not enough parking for the guest staying for the evening. I was called the day of check up an hour after check out was due EVEN though I checked out at the front desk prior to check out hours. The staff did not have their ducks in a row to say the least!

非常差，马桶冲水闸也是坏的，洗手池也是坏的。晚上到了之后也没有停车位置。而且前台说停车也是需要收费的。也不提供早餐。
还不错。机场接驳车很准时。这家酒店没有行李员。我丈夫不得不自己推着装满我们所有行李的手推车。太糟糕了。没有工作人员帮忙真是太差劲了。酒店会让一个单身女性自己推这个手推车吗？房间和洗漱用品都很标准。浴室很大。房间很干净，接待员和餐厅工作人员都很友好。希望酒店能在行李员服务方面做得更好。
房间和走廊的地毯上都有污渍，需要更细致的清洁。
标准化，外面有泳池没带泳衣，早上shuttle bus安排的很满意
我住的房间很漂亮，而且去商场、餐厅都很方便，旁边还有车站。
