The room was definitely dated and the beds were horrible. I am sure the floor was softer then the mattress. 4 day stay and no house keeping no new towels

I have spoken to the staff about your comments and the importance of providing stay over service every other day to guests that are staying longer than one night since having fresh towels is a perk of staying in hotels. When I checked in the front desk gentleman offered me an upgraded room. My first trip since my spouse passed. I really appreciated the room

Heater/AC unit was open, filter taken out and sitting on top
Tub/shower obviously wasn’t cleaned because a hair band was on the shelf
Wasn’t provided with a paper receipt upon checkout, first time ever for me
And no bar fridge. I haven’t been in a hotel room in 25 years that doesn’t have a bar fridge. Absolutely brutal!!

I want to apologize for your room not being guest ready upon your arrival. I have spoken to the team about the importance of inspecting every room after they have been completed for the comfort of our guests. I also want to apologize that you were not informed that we do not have refrigerators and microwaves in all of the rooms. We do have some that are portable and can be taken to rooms but not enough for every room. This is something that I will continue to work on with upper management. Again, thank you for your review. Breakfast was not very good - cold - the pancake maker was broken so limited options for kids.
Room did not have functioning window so very musty - garbage found from previous guests in less than obvious areas.
Staff were amazing!!

The staff were awesome and the breakfast was good too. The water slide is only open Friday evenings and the weekend which kind of defeats the entire purpose of booking this hotel. The sound proofing of the rooms is non existent. You will hear every word spoken in the next room which makes it very difficult to get children to sleep.
I can't say enough about how excellent the staff were though. Everyone we interacted with was super polite and did their best to make our stay a good one.

The things we noticed was no wastebasket in the bathroom and the lack of a refrigerator in the room. We had to throw away our dinner leftovers because of that.

Fairly clean, there wasn’t a fridge in the room which was frustrating. The pool was kind of gross but probably just because it was ridiculously busy and hard to keep clean. Check in staff was friendly

糟糕的泳池体验
预订了一晚,孩子太多了,泳池里有20个孩子,只有一对家长在看管,根本没法用。这绝对不是酒店的错。但我觉得应该设定一个禁止带孩子入内的时间段。比如晚上9:30。我们直到晚上9:45才下去。床也像睡在石头上一样。
泳池脏兮兮的,水又冷又冷!工作人员长得吓人,救生员脸上的纹身也很明显,让人觉得难以接近。一点也不热情好客……
