The things we noticed was no wastebasket in the bathroom and the lack of a refrigerator in the room. We had to throw away our dinner leftovers because of that.

Fairly clean, there wasn’t a fridge in the room which was frustrating. The pool was kind of gross but probably just because it was ridiculously busy and hard to keep clean. Check in staff was friendly

The rooms are nice, clean and large. Staff is friendly, HOWEVER, we are still awaiting a refund because the hotel did NOT disclose on the ******* website that the waterslide was only open limited hours Friday-Sunday morning. We arrived Sunday afternoon with a very excited 7 year old to go down the waterslide. The waterslide was NOT open ANY of the days we were there. We drive FOUR hours to get away for a quick couple night vacation and had our girl specifically pick THIS hotel for the waterslide, which we were unable to use AT ALL. This is the WHOLE reason we planned this entire trip, so to say we were discussing and our little getaway was ruined is an understatement.
This is FALSE ADVERTISING as it says NOTHING about the very limited hours of the waterslide being available on the ******* app. We WILL get a refund, even if we have to go through our credit card as we’ve screenshot and taken pictures of everything.

Room was clean, pool area makes your eyes burn and I wish breakfast on weekends was earlier than 7am!

I have spoken to the maintenance staff and asked that they closely monitor the pool area during our busiest times for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. I have also spoken to the breakfast attendants and asked them to make sure the cold items are out earlier than 7 AM so that our guests have the option of having something prior to leaving the hotel for the day. I hope that you will stay with us again the next time you are in Great Falls.

The staff was great; it was in a very quiet and safe area but also had lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Close to the airport. Check in was very smooth and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

糟糕的泳池体验
预订了一晚，孩子太多了，泳池里有20个孩子，只有一对家长在看管，根本没法用。这绝对不是酒店的错。但我觉得应该设定一个禁止带孩子入内的时间段。比如晚上9:30。我们直到晚上9:45才下去。床也像睡在石头上一样。
泳池脏兮兮的，水又冷又冷！工作人员长得吓人，救生员脸上的纹身也很明显，让人觉得难以接近。一点也不热情好客……
