Good customer service. Coffee available around the clock, though sometimes not hot. We did have some noisy patrons above us but not the fault of the hotel as I did not mention until night 2. Very pleased with stay. Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable.

Aak for a room not on the street side
The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the suite during the day, but the road noise on the busy atreet kept me awake at night.

Great Stay in Joplin
This is our go to hotel in Joplin for many reasons. First and foremost our room is always clean. The staff, to a person, is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is the best breakfast in any hotel we’ve ever been.

Lovely stay
The room was lovely, had everything we could need in it ammenity wise. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash were great quality. The breakfast was great, we stayed there 2 nights, and each breakfast had differences. I was very appreciative of that. The lobby is beautiful also.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ac blew straight onto the foot so the bed so your feet were colder than the rest of the room.

Very nice hotel and well maintained with great service. Have to say Joplin, Missouri is one of the friendliest cities I’ve been in. Everywhere we went people of all ages were kind, smiled and said hello. The only “complaint” I’d say is not really having a place to hang your towels and washcloths in the bathroom, but other than that the property was great. Very homey, well-kept and comfortable. We had 2 joined rooms that very much felt like a little apartment.

The place was so clean, nice fold out couch. The lobby had warm cookies in the afternoon. Board games and free popcorn bags to make in your room. The breakfast was amazing!
