This was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in in a hotel. Probably would have been more comfortable laying on Highway 49!
Clean? Yes.
Hospitable staff? Yes.
That BED? Omg my back still hurts!! Never again 😩

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. I did not eat breakfast there and I did not visit the bar. I did go to the exercise room and I went to the pool area. Both were clean.

Decent hotel
It was ok. The only thing was the alarm kept going off for some odd reason but other than that it was nice. The location was nice waffle house close by and store right across the street. So we didn't have to get in our vehicle to go anywhere.

Room was not properly cleaned . Chip bag left on floor hair under sink and in the sink tub not cleaned. Floor not vacuum. I reported once we checked out . But im sure nothing will be done but the rooms was nice and i had friendly service. I was just thinking for 306.00 the rooms should have been properly cleaned once we left to go eat dinner.

I’m not there, I mistakenly booked the date for right now by anccident when I need it next week and it’s non refundable despite the accident happening literal seconds after I realized the error. REFUND MY MONEY!!! This is too much money to lose over a stupid mistake!

关于酒店，我入住时发现房间很脏。浴室地板上散落着毛巾，显然有人洗过澡，床铺也没有整理，像是客人起床后就直接离开了。我告诉了清洁阿姨，她非常惊讶，让我下楼去反映情况，以便他们给我换一间房。他们确实给我换了一间房，还赠送了早餐，但我没用。新房间的空调坏了，我只能在闷热的房间里过夜。这次入住体验非常糟糕。另外，我通过贵公司支付了所有费用后，他们既没有给我车，也没有退款。我只好叫了辆优步。

一切都很好，只是我订的是四人间，他们只给了两条毛巾。早上我意识到我快要离开了，还有两个人要洗澡。我们打电话给前台，他们说等相关工作人员来的时候不会送毛巾，但最终也没送来。我们不得不用长方形的擦手巾擦干身体……而且包含的早餐也只够两人吃，而不是四人……其他都很好……房间很干净……
