We had a spacious room and the bed was comfortable. The handle in the bathroom sink broke off and had to be replaced. The workers came quickly while we went out but when w returned we discovered they left our door propped open. I brought this to the attention of the front desk but received no additional reply from them.

Was awakened at 7am to the sound of construction workers directly above us on the next floor. Grinders, drills, chisels, hammering. Just very loud, disruptive of the rest we were so looking forward to.

We were put in newly remodeled room which was nice. We drove up from southern Florida to attend a funeral. We had to be there by 2:00 pm so we had to check in early. We were charged an extra $50 for checking in before 3:00 pm even though there was a room available. Not a good look for Hampton Inn.

The room was really nice and staff was friendly. Not happy that we picked that place for the heated pool and it was not heated. We found out they were closing it for renovations the next day and didnt know the place was under construction. There were also bugs all around the pool and in the hot tub.
