The hotel and staff were nice. Our only issue was that (and they did tell us this) they did not service the room daily throughout our weekend stay. Not a big problem but for a major hotel chain, I had not seen that before.

Hotel was conveniently located in Frisco near the Toyota Stadium, restaurants, shopping and the weekend farmer’s market. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable and adequately supplied with kitchen items. Comfy bed, fluffy towels. Outdoors, the patio area offered a bbq grill we took advantage of and a pool we did not. Conditions of the outdoor space could have been improved by fixing broken items and general clean up. Overall, was very pleased and would recommend to others.

Mickey and Tyler were great. The younger lady with glasses was cool too, but it was this one lady, I wish I got her name but she made me feel unwelcome. I’m sorry I dont have her name but she has a beautifully placed birth mark on her face. She said the staff should not have given me the rate I was give , which was not my fault and l cried all night. I don’t like drama and confrontation, I just felt like she could have kept that comment to herself. I don’t even ask for a discounted rate. I wish people had more emotional intelligence when dealing with the customers. I’m a nice, civil person but the next person may not be. She needs coaching for sure. I will not be frequenting this hotel again.

Mistakes with no corrections!!
I was checked out of the hotel by an employee prior of my departure time. I asked for a card key replacement and was checked out. No one offered to make it right by the mistake. No discount of any kind. they only offered a "I'm sorry for the mishap". I've stay here several years before around the same time and expected a better response!!

On booking it said feww bereakfast, but there was no breakfast, I had to pay for each item and buy it. I checked out the very next day.

Nice place however shares pool with hotel next door and your food delivery usually get messed up and sent there instead. However the hotel was clean offers free laundry workout room close to lots of things

Although staff didn't "look" professional, the lady who checked us in was extremely nice, helpful, and wanting to accommodate us for our trip. Although it's not necessarily pool weather yet, it wasn't very clean and there was lots of confetti from the holiday prior celebration all over the ground in that area. Other than the cold pool and dirty pool area, the rest of the hotel was nice. Really liked the check-in lady. Check-out lady didn't have much personality.

Tyler at the front desk was so helpful and kind. I was sleepy from the road and she had a lot of patience with me!
