Visited here with husband and young son, we checked in and then was given a map of how to locate apartments advised it was a short walk, the apartments was down a alley way off lord street however was not easy to find, we then had difficulty getting the baby’s pram up the stairs and the apartment we stayed in did not look like the pictures although it was very nice with a lounge kitchen facilities and stairs leading to bedroom, it was clean and well maintained however as a young family it was difficult. Although we believed there was parking there was on street parking which we paid for in addition to booking.

Shameful, Over sold and under delivered Web site said parking, there isn't any. The room had none of the style and quality of what the photographs showed. The wonderful city centre views were more akin to a scene from 1984. As I said before, shameful!
