It was a great stay overall. The new rooftop restaurant is fantastic with great service. My only complaint would be the heater in the room was very loud and constantly ran at any setting. Otherwise the service, ambiance and stay was great!

抵达时，工作人员态度冷淡，只是照本宣科地念着事先准备好的台词。房间里的电视不是智能电视，所以我们只能用笔记本电脑看电影。由于没有客房服务，我只好叫了外卖，结果食物在前台放了很久都凉了，前台既没人让外卖员上来，也没人通知我们食物已经送到房间。房间还不错，入住体验也还可以，但这家酒店并没有广告宣传的那么好。
房间虽小，但天花板很高，导致回声很大。淋浴间的瓷砖缝隙里有霉菌。装修风格现代简约，这点很棒！可惜我们住的房间非常吵闹。整晚断断续续地传来各种齿轮声，像是车库门打开的声音，还有水流潺潺的声音和敲击声。我打开了空调的风扇，希望能减轻噪音，但没什么用。我们几乎没睡着。真是太可惜了，因为床超级舒服，枕头也完美！
由于航班延误，我们深夜才抵达酒店。停车后，我们发现酒店的外部入口和电梯都锁着。前台告知我们晚上10点门会锁。我们不得不绕到酒店后方一条漆黑的小巷，才能到达锁着的大堂。
酒店外观和装修风格都非常冷清。内外都是混凝土结构。对于老年人、残疾人士或小孩来说，地面很容易滑倒，非常危险。总体来说，入住体验很差。
从机场乘火车只需很短时间，我可以一边欣赏山景，一边放松身心，消除旅途的疲劳。
我在丹佛有事要办，虽然距离市中心有 3-4 公里，但我住得很舒服。
附近有屋顶酒吧、健身房、游泳池、7-11 和餐厅，所以我在这里住得并不无聊。
就安全而言，最近的车站周围区域有点荒凉，但白天不会有太大问题。
我们付了360美元的房费，他们还要收我41美元的停车费。房间很脏。外面的通风机噪音很大，我根本睡不着觉。
很遗憾热水供应出了问题，但他们退款了。管理层和员工都很正直。
