The only thing that didn’t work was the fireplace in the room. I’m not sure if it’s just there for decoration or what.

My room was great ! However when I checked in I requested a late check out which was accept by the front desk agent who check me in ! The next morning @11 am housekeeping was beating on my door for me to leave ! Mind an hour before I spoke to the manager who was there that morning to confirm the late check and he said it was okay I check out @12 noon instead of 12 after that the front desk agent who was present when I had this conversation with the manager came to my door twice before 12 trying to rush me and my partner out the room ! And I even ask for an extend day and he rudely said no !

I stayed only 1 night.The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good but the eggs were not very hot.

Yes my room was not touched during my entire stay. When I asked I was told that I had to request to have my room attended to. I was never told that when I checked in.

334号房间的暖气坏了，我被安排到331号房间。
当我向经理反映我不喜欢的座位时，经理只是说了声抱歉，然后就没了下文……他们没有提供任何帮助或补偿。
房间里到处都是蟑螂，垃圾桶里也全是。
