The property needs a deep clean. In order to get to other rooms you walk through garbage area with dirty floors. Pillows need to be replaced as well.

The room was clean and the staff was nice my room only had one towel I called for some and was told the housekeeper would bring some they never did I had to go and get them myself but overall everything was good

我被安排到另一个房间。
334号房间的暖气坏了,我被安排到331号房间。
当我向经理反映我不喜欢的座位时,经理只是说了声抱歉,然后就没了下文……他们没有提供任何帮助或补偿。
房间里到处都是蟑螂,垃圾桶里也全是。
我很喜欢热水浴缸和游泳池。早餐也非常好。
别抱太大希望,每个空调都发霉了,空调旁边的窗帘也有霉点,热水浴缸也坏了,我们得去前台拿房间毛巾。总之,看起来好像没人在乎,也没人费什么劲儿。
