Front office staff was gone upon check in. Had to wait a while. Called the phone a few times and was yelling for someone to come check me in. Then she was rude like I was interrupting her night at 1am

Great location; close to the freeway, but surprisingly quiet. Very high degree of cleanliness and incredibly comfortable bed and bedding. Hot breakfast was amazingly good!

There must have been some type of little league tournament in the area because when we checked in the lobby was full of young boys and their parents. When we got to our room we were greeted by a large group of young boys (maybe 8-11 years old) running and horse playing loudly up and down the hall with no adults in sight. One quick call to the front desk and the issue was handled within minutes. I love seeing kids enjoying themselves but this was out of control and with no adult around it could have turned out bad. The way the hotel personnel handled it was excellent. I will stay here again.

Great hotel in a great area!
This hotel was great! Very clean, good items in the free breakfast, and has a basement parking style garage under hotel, which is very safe, as you need a room card scan to get in. Staff was very warm and friendly. We were impressed by the whole Berry Farms area. So cute and had some excellent restaurants nearby!

Worst stay ever
So I have asthma my room when I got there the bed was damp the pillows was damp. I went to the front desk and was told it’s because of moisture in the room. Ok well that night I developed a cough. When I was out of the room I had no cough. We pulled the filter on the air conditioner it was covered in mold making me very sick. We cleaned it the best we could. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Check went smoothly with no problems. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. One single serve coffee machine working created quite a line and the milk was in the stainless steel carafes you usually see half and half in. When I asked the attendant if they had any milk she told me no but I don't think she understood me.
