This is a beautiful resort with lovely staff members. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants. We had a beautiful experience in the Inspira level. Our personal butlers were friendly, helpful, and kind. The design team put together a great resort. There is light music in the ambient areas, aromatherapy to ignite the senses, and beautiful furniture and fixtures. The food and staff were what made the biggest difference. They have a lovely symbolic gesture when they greet you; the staff will place their hand over their heart. It's the little things that made this experience memorable.

Beautiful beach with many options to lounge around. Julio was amazing and took care of our every need, from beach towels to drinks he worked hard to ensure we were having a great time. Thank you Julio for making this a great experience and excellent service! Your friends Oscar and Allie

I was sent an email from the hotel 2 weeks before we are supposed to arrive that they have to cancel my reservation due to construction in the entire hotel starting the day we arrive??!!. They also offered to find an "equivalent" place for us- but we have not heard anything more since we asked them to find us somewhere else to go. We have been looking forward to this vacation for MONTHS, and this has been beyond stressful, especially because they have not offered us any alternative accommodation, there is no way to speak to anyone about this except through email (they don't reply). I don't understand why they would take a reservation and then do this to people - now I have to scramble to find something at the last minute when everything is sold out - and there is no way I can find something 5 stars, all inclusive for the same price at this late a time before we travel. So, this hotel has no integrity - if you book I highly suggest you have a back up plan in case they ruin your entire vacation a couple weeks before you are to arrive.

We stayed for 7 days in the Inspira section of Estudio Playa Mujeres. We are really satisfied with our vacation. The rooms are really spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable and the quality of the food really exceptional. I have major food allergies and each restaurant was able to adapt the menu to my allergies without any problem. My daughter also loved the Kid's club which has interesting and entertaining activities throughout the day. However, the most important thing is that beyond the facilities which are well maintained, modern and luxurious, the staff is exceptional. Manuel and Valeria's service was incredible during the full week as were all the other waiters in the restaurants and bars (Alexis, Jesus and Alfredo) who allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. In addition, our flight with @aircanada was cancelled last night, Air Canada transported us to a mediocre hotel with bugs in the room. So we contacted our Estudio buttler (Manuel) and he arranged everything for our return to the Estudio. Even though our room for the extra night was not in the Inspira section, he still took care of us with impeccable service. Valeria, our buttler during the day, took over this morning even though we were not in the Inspira section. @Manuel and @Valeria: you made the difference for us this week and also from a potential horrible experience last night to an additional night in Cancun that we enjoyed. Muchas gracias por todo lo que han hecho. We have stayed in several hotels in Mexico, including in the Playa Mujeres area. This hotel is truly exceptional. We recommend this hotel without any hesitation and will definitely return. We have no negative comments and the only thing that could be improved is the wine included which is pretty bad.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but this time it is different. I have booked my holiday vacation with my family and was looking forward to it. The hotel it self was nice, and the staff was friendly. But We had to cut our vacation short (only stayed there 2 days), because of COVID. There were number of guests that were getting sick and isolated in rooms, but number of people who was exposed were walking around the hotel. because of that we have decided that we were not comfortable to stay and booked tickets to go back home ASAP. During the checkout we were reassured by Concierge that management will take care of our unused nights. Since we came back home I have been trying to contact the hotel with out any luck. Multiple attempts were not successful.

For a 5 star hotel to allow time share people to aggressively peddle time share in the lobby is shameful...Watch out for "Fernando" who pretends to be a concierge and then became extremely rude and pushy when you refuse to buy timeshare from him.

Es nuestra segunda estadía en Estudio Atelier. Y por segunda vez quedamos encantados, el servicio como siempre excelente, instalaciones hermosas y muy muy limpias. Seguro regresamos en nuestras próximas vacaciones. Un excelente servicio en el restaurante La Consentida el señor Jesus y su equipo excelentes personas y excelente servicio. Muy buen lugar para vacacionar, voy a volver, todo impecable, limpieza, los restaurantes de lo mejor, los bares con muy buena variedad de botellas para todos los gustos, mixologia espectacular pero sobre todo el trato del personal eso es lo mejor de lo mejor.

Somos miembros inspira desde Dic 2020. En cuestión del hotel y trato de los empleados un 100 5 estrellas. Sin embargo ser miembro deja mucho que desear, han cambiado sus politicas haciendo que quienes firmamos un contrato en el 2020 con ciertos beneficios, para el 2022 que cambio ya no se repeto lo que firmamos. Fuimos una semana por un certificado gratis que teniamos al ser miembros inspira y yo creo por no pagar, no nos dieron el mismo trato que al inicio. No teniamos las botellas que 2 ocasiones anteriores se nos daba y se hacia refill. Cambian las politicas como mas les convenga a cada rato
