The room was neat and clean, lobby area comfortable and functional, breakfast was really good, and the service was awesome

Air conditioner was not working. They came up to reset it……maintenance was already off. The hotel was fully booked. They could not move us. It was HOT! It was already 10:30 when we checked in, so going to another hotel was not an option. Front desk girl was very nice….brought us a fan after awhile. Do not want to pay for this room !

Noisy in hallways bed closest to air conditioner was sunk in and you could feel the springs so had to sleep on far side of the bed obvious that mattress was bad

Can't complain for the price!
This was great for the price!
It's showing it's age in some places though, it's well kept, free breakfast easy parking and convenient loaction.
I would stay again.

Great place to stay!
Our go to place to stay when we are visiting family in Frisco. Clean rooms, hot shower, comfy beds and great staff.
