The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t in the best of areas the outside of the hotel was showing signs of dirt and the entrance was poor. Our room smelt of damp and windows were filthy. We woke this morning to find there had been a flood in the lobby. No maintenance men were there just the poor receptionist putting sheets and towels over the floor and trying to mop the water. There was only three tables to sit at for breakfast due to this. Breakfast was served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Before we checked out the water had spread to the lift.

We had to ask for towels because we had 1 set of towels each for a 4 night stay. I don’t wash my face in the morning with the same cloth I wash my privates with in the shower the previous day !!!! I extremely appreciate that they canceled an extra room we had purchased through your web site that YOU REFUSED to cancel. We bought insurance. Shame on you! Never again will we use your site.

Balloon Fest 2025

Perfect location for the Natchez Balloon Festival. Conveniently located right on the river. Love that there is a paved trail to a walk along the river.

We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year during our roadtrips back home. We have noticed that over the years deferred maintenance has only accumulated and not been addressed properly. It is unfortunate since there are very few hotels in Vidalia of this caliber

House keeping never came clean the room , there was dead bugs in the curtains and long black curly hair strings in the toilet , we barely checked in because the computer system went down !!
