We only stayed one night but it was perfect. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice.

If I could give zero stars I would. We checked out after the first night, our bed had bed bugs after discovering my daughter had been bitten many times and then found love bugs in her bed. The manager said he had had a case 9 months prior and offered to move us to another room but there was no way I was staying there another night. Manager seemed very nonchalant about it and said "these things happen." I felt that was an unacceptable way to handle it.

Two-Night Stay
Television: The channel with the TV guide only displayed the channel numbers and names, nothing about the shows that were scheduled. That was very frustrating, and we wasted time looking for programs that interested us. The first day we scanned the channels and most of the programs showed violence and other things that we would not watch. Why don't you offer any PBS channels? We did check with a staff member at the front desk and she stated that it was a known issue, and said she would put it on her list.
We were not aware of the environmental program for the towels and skipping the room cleaning until the second day, and would have opted in had we seen the magnetic card that was attached to the door frame. Had they been on the door, we would have definitely participated in it. Also, we did not see any receptacles for paper or plastic recycling, and we took our recycling home. Protecting the environment is very important to us.
The breakfast was good and we liked the freshly-brewed coffee.

The staff was very accommodating of the Ironman 70.3 participants. They served breakfast at 4am on race day. The receptionist and the lady setting up the breakfast were fantastic.

The staff where very rude and breakfast was awful I tried to get help with the pancake maker and the worker just didn’t want to help then when I was eating she came over and rudely toke the syrup and jelly off the table
It was not worth the money I paid I should have went somewhere else

Electrical Outlet under the TV would not hold plug in place so I could re-charge my computer etc. One of the USB ports was damaged and not usable. HVAC thermostat would not maintain a semi-consistent temperature. Room would get very warm before unit would come on. Thermostat probably needs to be replaced.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The location was very convenient. The rooms were very clean. I felt very safe highly recommend this location. I would definitely stay here again.
