For the most part it was a pleasant experience. They definitely need to go through and clean out the drains though.

For this Presidential suite. The remote to the fireplace had the back piece missing, one of the long plastic handles to the curtains was missing. The carpet is lumpy in some spots. The stay itself was ok. Just a few minor things in the room.

the entry way into the hotel smelled terrible. the carpet in the hallways was dirty. our shoes stuck to the area of hard floor in our room. I could feel a hard ridge down the middle of my bed; did not dare sleep close to one side or I would have rolled off. I always stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels but after this stay I will think twice about that.
