I thought I had booked the hotel with the large rooms. The front desk informed me there is two hotels in the same building that share ALL eminities. I was fooled by pictures that this was the room I was getting. No response from *******, tried chat, phone and email. Nothing. Hot tub didn't work, no water, no coffee, clogged sink. I even waited to talk to the front desk girl that had to get her Starbucks first. Aweful.
Will not stay here again

Quick trip. Checked in late and out early. Wish we had got to the bar earlier. They had just closed when we went down.

The in-house bistro had an outdoor courtyard attached. It was delightful. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The Dartmouth location was very handy to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely go back.

Comfortable stay in Dartmouth
Comfortable and spacious room, very quiet for a good night sleep. Bistro Bar served good food for an evening snack and a drink. Nice pool area. Close to Dartmouth shopping outlets and IKEA.

This hotel has very poor ventilation. The bathroom in my room was not vented at all, so moisture builds up in the room very easily. The room smelled of mildew, and had heavy air freshener used to try to disguise this fact. The hotel was also extremely noisy. I will not be returning.

Great hotel to kickstart our east coast trip! Only about a 15min drive into downtown halifax which is a blast! Hotel was super clean, pool was awesome and it even had a starbucks! 100% would recommended
