The hotel is very dated. The repairs in the rooms are e subpar. The tv in the room is from the early 2000s. The breakfast was so/so.

Pros:
1. Our room and the overall experience of the hotel were excellent. The customer service and common space were great.
Cons:
1. We made a reservation for 5 people (2 queen beds and a sofa bed...paid extra for it). The sofa bed had no sheets, no blankets, no pillows. We had to go looking for these things with the person working at the front desk. Also, there were 3 bath towels in the room for 5 people. We had to go looking for more of those as well.
2. We could not operate the television. We had to get the worker at the front desk to come to our room with the "master remote control" to get the tv working.
3. When we tried to call the worker at the front desk about the tv, we discovered that the phone in the room by the bedside was not working. Had to go over there in person...again.
4. The toilet in the bathroom had dark brown stains all over the inside...like it had not been cleaned out properly.

Staff was great. Room was fine, however you can hear the pipes pretty loudly when guests in close by rooms use bathrooms.

The hotel was basically clean and comfortable, but our mattress was AWFUL. It was either decades old or had been damaged. Had a huge sag in the middle and was rock hard.

Bed was nice and clean. Only one tv worked. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. Wall paper peeling. Mildew in shower. Shower curtain barely hanging on. Nice people but needs some work
