酒店回复: Thank you for your wonderful review. I am sorry that you were next to the laundry room. For your next visit, just state that you would like to be on a different floor. For the extra blankets, all you had to do was just ask the front desk and the agent would have been more than happy to accommodate you with some extras. We do hope to see you again if you are traveling to the area.
酒店回复: Thank you for the review. Sorry there were not enough towels, you could of just asked the front desk to get you some extra towels. The front desk agent is there to serve you. I am sorry to also here that the lighting was dim. We try to keep the lightbulbs new to give the most light.

非常干净整洁
一家不错的小酒店，位置便利，靠近高速公路。显然酒店近期翻新过，房间设计整洁舒适，但浴室看起来很老旧，设计和装修都比较过时，而且照明不足。早餐品质很好，一直到结束供应都保持得不错。
房子靠近高速公路，有电动汽车充电桩，隔壁还有直流快速充电桩。闻起来像香烟除臭剂，弄脏了我的衣服，以至于我去拜访的人都问起它了。早餐是鸡蛋饼，肉桂卷变干了，蔓越莓汁被稀释了。早餐区布局不太好。马桶用的时候会摇晃。床很旧。
这家房子状况糟糕透顶，脏得要命。说实话，我们的房间简直恶心至极——浴室和卧室里到处都是头发，地毯又脏又旧，浴室门底部像是被咬过一样，浴室根本打不开，浴帘上都长霉了。千万别住这里！
我再也不会住*******或这家酒店了，强烈推荐其他人也不要住。脏乱差，绝对是我这辈子遇到的最差的客户服务！真是浪费了几百美元，也浪费了我宝贵的时间。
这家智选假日酒店是住在匹兹堡南部地区的人们的合理选择，因为它距离布里奇维尔/南山地区不远，可直接通往 I-79，距离匹兹堡市中心仅约 15 分钟路程，距离机场约 20 分钟路程（非工作时间更短）。酒店符合预期，房间总体干净（除了浴室需要更多注意霉菌/霉变和厕所清洁）。工作人员很好，乐于助人，随时满足您的任何需求。
