酒店回复: Dear Mr. Xiao Ling, On behalf of the entire hotel team, we want to thank you for sharing about your stay at Le Dokhan's, Paris Arc de Triomphe, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.In reference to your comments, we wish to inform you that the city of Paris applied a compulsory city tax amounting to Euro 11.38 per person per night to all guest residing in Paris. This city tax is not applicable on your pre-paid room rate at time of reservation. In addition to the city tax, our hotel policy includes a compulsory pre-authorization secured deposit equivalent to Euro 50 per person per night and we confirmed that this deposit is refundable in case of no consumption during your stay. Hence, the reason why your card was pre-authorized upon check-in for Euro 122.76. and informed to you.Based on the records upon check-out we have only a debit charge of Euro 22.76 and the remaining amount which was pre-authorized has already been reversed to your credit card since 17th April. With reference to the breakfast, we reassure you that the same quality products are being used on daily basis and depending on the service timing, it may happen that same flavour of yogurt or fruits are not available. For the laundry services, the hotel maintains a high level of privacy when it comes to the personal items of our guest. Thus, to maintain this privacy, we recommend all our guest to notify either the Front Desk or the Housekeeping once they decided to use this service even though the personal items are placed in the bag whilst their stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding our unique elevator, which is considered as a piece of art, part of the historical nature of our building, which allows us to showcase the charming character of traditional Parisian invention. The majority of our guests are very enthusiasm and some even reserved our property just to experience the old suitcase Luis Vuitton interior elevator. Loved the antique feeling. Antique but clean and not worn out. When choosing a place to stay, read some of the reviews but our room had a spacious bathroom, the carpet looked new.
非常有历史韵味的古典型酒店。虽然设施不算最新，但地理位置，前台服务和入住体验还不错。
拐角不好找，房间小，位置还可以，离凯旋门很近，百米之外有家乐福
酒店地理位置非常好，步行一小段路就能到埃菲尔铁塔，周围餐厅也很多。酒店员工很棒，非常乐于助人。酒店本身有点旧，但很有巴黎传统特色和魅力。房间布局很小，浴缸/淋浴的位置很高，从湿漉漉的浴缸里出来时可能会有点危险。
总的来说，以这个黄金地段和实惠的价格来说，住得还是很不错的。
1.多收费用: 我在携程订的酒店，两个晚上一共是¥5589（含税），办理入住时从信用卡扣了EUR122.76（¥979.38）,退房时说不能退，我说房费已经包含税了，结果前台说是城市税
2. 因为时差，早上起的比较早，第一天早上服务还可以，吃的也比较齐全，但是第二天早上，无论是服务，还是早餐都差很多，第一天早上至少还有酸奶。第二天就没有，给的面包和水果都明显比第一天差很多
3.房间有写干洗服务的，但是我把要洗的衣服放到酒店洗衣袋了，没人理会，回酒店时，衣服原封不动放在那里，没人拿去洗
4.电梯很小，只能容得下一个人
一家迷人的巴黎风格小酒店，装饰精美，地理位置优越。充满老式魅力。唯一不足是早餐有待改进。员工非常有礼貌和友好。下次还会再来！谢谢！
